🏨 Sales – Securing corporate and group bookings to fill the hotel from day one. (Dan Fisher)

KEY STEPS BEFORE OPENING

  1. Put the Hotel on Sale – Set up all online accounts, PMS, and operational systems to open sales channels.

  2. Driving Visibility & Sales

    While setup is underway, marketing and digital teams work to promote the hotel online, increasing brand visibility and attracting early bookings.

    Revenue management continuously monitors sales performance and adjusts pricing strategies to maximize revenue.

  3. Procurement & Contracts – Purchase equipment and supplies with preferred partners and finalize contracts for long-term operations.

  4. Hiring the Team – Recruit key positions, from HM and AHM to maintenance and team members.

  5. Scheduling & Coordination – Plan deliveries in collaboration with the construction team, who manages the on-site project execution.

  6. Final Setup & Induction – Receive deliveries, welcome the new team with a structured induction, and install all necessary items.
