Upskilling our Managers

As part of our commitment to upskill our Managers in 2025 we are running a series of Manager Training days.  So far 45 of our Managers have attended training in London, Sheffield, Paris and Den Hague.  The feedback has been that the training provides a great opportunity to come together and interact with colleagues, and share experience and best practise.  We’re working with the trainers to continuously update and improve the content and we’re looking forward to following up with more sessions for those who haven’t attended yet as well as follow up sessions on new topics such as; Performance Management, Effective Investigations, Influencing, and Negotiation Skills.
