12 ambassadors, one day of content creation 📱

This month, 12 hotel team members from across the UK came together in Birmingham for our first ever UK Social Media Ambassador Day, hosted by Maddie, our Social Media and Content Manager.

The group spent the day filming, swapping ideas and getting creative, with everything from current social media trends in smaller teams to bigger videos featuring all 12 ambassadors.

It was also the first time we’ve brought our UK ambassadors together in one place, giving everyone the chance to get to know each other, share what works in their hotels and build a stronger community around our social channels.

Our ambassadors play a really important role in our employee-led social media strategy. They’re the people working in our hotels every day, meeting guests and bringing the easyHotel experience to life, which makes them some of the best people to show the personality of our brand.
