There’s nothing quite like seeing a new hotel start to come to life.

Recently, some members of the easyHotel team visited our upcoming Geneva Airport Ferney-Voltaire hotel to see how work is progressing ahead of its opening in early 2027.

The 141-room hotel is being developed in Ferney-Voltaire, right on the French-Swiss border and close to Geneva Airport. Once open, it will give guests a great-value, well-connected base for visiting Geneva, the French Alps and the wider region.

The visit was a chance to see the progress first-hand and spend time with some of the teams bringing the project together.

We’re also delighted to share that Pauline, who has been part of the team at easyHotel Nice as Assistant Hotel Manager, has been appointed to lead our new Geneva Airport Ferney-Voltaire hotel. It’s fantastic to see one of our own team members taking this next step in their career, and we wish Pauline every success as she prepares for this exciting new chapter!

For our hotel teams across the network, every new opening is another step in growing the easyHotel brand and welcoming even more guests across Europe.

There’s still plenty to do before the first guests arrive, but it’s exciting to see our next French hotel getting closer to opening its doors.
