easyHotel Benelux Acquisition

On the 19th October 2022, we acquired eight of our existing franchised Benelux hotels based within The Netherlands and Belgium. We are very excited to bring these hotels into the easyHotel owned and managed estate and to welcome circa 90 new employees to easyHotel Group. The new properties are all in great city centre locations and have a great track record of strong revenue performance and being true to the easyHotel brand DNA.

This is a fantastic step forward for easyHotel in our ambition to become a pan-European group and provides a new European foothold for easyHotel.

We are also excited to welcome the Benelux Support Teams who will be joining our Central Support function, which is now based across London, Paris and The Hague.

Nick Moffatt, Commercial Director, spent some time in The Hague in early November meeting the Commercial Team and we look forward to integrating the London, Paris and The Hague teams over the coming weeks and months.
