Employee Survey for April 2026

It’s hard to believe we’re already at the end of March—spring is definitely on its way!

We’d like to invite you to take part in our latest employee survey and share your views with us. Your feedback plays a key role in shaping our priorities and improving your experience at work.  As you all know, there have been some changes across the business in recent months and your input will continue to help us understand, what works and where we can do better.

This year’s survey includes our usual questions about your working experience, along with a few additional areas of focus.  In particular, we’re keen to hear your thoughts on IT Support and Inclusion. Going forward, we’ll continue to use the survey to explore different areas and strengthen the support we provide.
