easyHotel has just picked up the "Invest in Provence" label at MIPIM, one of the world’s biggest real estate events, thanks to our recent opening in Marseille. 

Presented by local leaders, the award recognises high-impact investment in the Aix-Marseille region - and we’re proud to be part of that momentum. 

Our fourth hotel in France, easyHotel Marseille opened in October 2024 - and we’re already seeing results: over, an impressive average rating of 4.8 stars, and occupancy now reaching 70%.
