Meet Roxana Zanfirescu (Hotel Manager at easyHotel Oxford)

At easyHotel, we’re proud to be home to some truly inspiring individuals—and Roxana Zanfirescu is one of them. Since joining the company in 2019, Roxana has embraced every opportunity for growth, transforming her early experience in Ipswich into a thriving leadership journey that’s taken her through Milton Keynes and now to Oxford.

Here’s what Roxana has to say about her journey so far:

"Hi, I’m Roxana! 😊 I started my journey with easyHotel in Ipswich in 2019 and have since worked in Milton Keynes, before most recently taking on the exciting challenge of leading the team at easyHotel Oxford. Throughout my time, I’ve grown both personally and professionally—completing a Level 3 Team Leading apprenticeship and, more recently, a Level 5 in Operations Management. I’ve developed a real passion for creating strong, positive teams and supportive work environments. Outside of work, I love exploring new places and focusing on personal growth. I’m excited for what’s ahead and proud to be part of such a dynamic and encouraging team."
