Stepping Stones

This month saw our Stepping Stones cohort tackle team dynamics, all the way through to team building – although their bridge building skills were somewhat questionable, the group managed to navigate through the formation stages of a team and link this to leadership styles & interventions. Graduation is the next stop for our delegates in May – with personal presentations and a group exercise.

Some other exciting news coming from a previous group of Stepping Stones…Roxanna has now passed her Level 3 ILM qualification in Team Leading and is now setting her sights on Level 5 ILM in Operations Management 🙂
