Tristan Capital Partners Deal Complete – A New Chapter for easyHotel

We’re pleased to announce that the transaction with Tristan Capital Partners has now officially completed. Following last month’s update confirming them as our selected partner, Tristan are now the new owners of easyHotel. 

This marks an exciting new chapter for our business. Tristan Capital Partners bring deep expertise in real estate and hospitality investment, and share our ambition to grow the easyHotel brand across Europe. With their backing, we’re in a strong position to accelerate our expansion, invest in our hotels, and continue delivering affordable, low-carbon stays in great city locations.
