We’re excited to share the Wellbeing Toolkit – a collection of simple, practical techniques designed to support your health and happiness. This resource was originally developed by a team leader at the Guide Dogs Charity.
The Wellbeing Toolkit contains a number of wellbeing resources, they can all be done in under 10 minutes, with most taking less than 5.
From breathing techniques and mindfulness practices, to gratitude exercises and sleep tips, the toolkit is full of easy-to-use ideas that can slot into your day – whether you need a morning boost, a moment of calm between meetings, or a way to unwind in the evening.
Highlights include:
✨ Anchoring – create a physical link to a positive emotional state, so you can access confidence or calm whenever you need it.
✨ Breathing techniques – try “square breathing” or the “double out-breath” to regulate your nervous system in just a few minutes.
✨ Gratitude practices – from keeping a gratitude jar to journaling, these simple reflections can help balance emotions and lift perspective.
✨ Mindfulness & meditation – short guided exercises to ground yourself and refocus attention.
✨ Sleep techniques – soothing practices to calm the body and mind, helping you drift into restful sleep.
